ServiceNow Functional Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Analyst to partner with business teams, translate requirements, and support end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules. The consultant will play a key role in requirements gathering, workflow design, UAT coordination, and ensuring governance compliance.

Required Experience

Minimum of 8 years in programming/systems analysis. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD/ITOM modules. Strong requirements gathering and functional design skills. Experience with Agile delivery and UAT management. Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred Experience

Certifications in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and Project Management. Advanced knowledge of workflows, SLAs, catalog items, and CMDB alignment. Experience defining reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Education/Certifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
