Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAM processes, software licensing, compliance management, and ServiceNow capabilities, along with the ability to analyse business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. This role is critical in helping the organization optimize software assets while reducing costs and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Software Asset Management. Evaluate current SAM processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Utilize ServiceNow SAM modules to manage software licenses, entitlements, compliance, and asset lifecycle activities. Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into software usage, compliance, and optimization opportunities. Partner with IT, procurement, and asset management teams to ensure accurate tracking and governance of software assets. Provide user training and support for ServiceNow SAM functionalities and processes. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to align stakeholders on SAM initiatives and requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, software licensing models, and ServiceNow best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

15 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong focus on Software Asset Management. Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM including implementation, configuration, optimization, and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications/documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
