ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead - Job Description:
This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions by coordinating with various technical SMEs and managing client relationships. The project focuses on managing the technical scope and architecture for assigned projects and ensuring quality delivery.
ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of solutions built with ServiceNow by leveraging multiple dedicated SME teams for each technical discipline. Work with PMO, technical SMEs, and directors/sr. managers/managers to manage client relationships and communications. Notify project leadership of any potential escalations related to project delivery. Be aware of the scope of the project onboarding support responsibilities for each assigned project. Review tasks for completion; follow up and intervene as necessary. Be aware of the overall technical scope and architecture for projects assigned; update regularly. Review the completeness and quality of the project for work completed by team members. Work with the tech lead for your projects to deliver documents required for the project. Work with the implementation project manager and tech leads to plan the delivery of the project scope. Coordinate across related workstreams both within and external to the project to identify & manage dependencies, integrations, or other critical coordination activities. Provide status reporting for tasks into the overall project plan. Work with tech lead, implementation project tech lead, and architect to facilitate the design of the landscape during the build phase. Work with tech lead and to develop a working relationship with client counterpart. Work with PMO and finance team to support financial reporting process through forecasting of resources and management of infrastructure costs. Manage client relationship, communications, expectations, and escalations, including reporting.
ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead - Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM. Minimum 5 years leading and delivering large scale, global, complex technology implementation. Exceptional communication management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong client-service skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices. Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including experience in creating professional presentations.
ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:

ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract to temporarily back-fill a team member on maternity leave, with a possibility of extension.
