Details: Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solution Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT service management (ITSM) best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, ITSM principles, and ITOM practices.

Responsibilities:Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM and Event Mgmt solutions that meet business requirements and align with ITSM best practicesConfigure and customize ServiceNow ITOM to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, business rules, and data models.Configure, develop and maintain event management data models, setting up event rules, event scripts, and event workflows.Develop and maintain ITOM data models, including data relationships and data governanceCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needsTest and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defectsProvide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from end-users and other stakeholdersStay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and apply them to existing solutions as neededDocument solutions, including ITOM data models, workflows, and business rules, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainabilityDesired Skills:Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its features, functionality, and configuration optionsStrong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) best practices and principlesStrong knowledge of ITOM practices and principlesStrong knowledge of CMDB and Provisioning practices and principlesWorking knowledge of the ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) methodologyStrong knowledge of scripting and coding principles, including JavaScript, Python, and PowerShellAgile development methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality resultsPrevious hands-on Agile experience using JiraStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to operate independentlyAbility to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
