Role Description Gegnat Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect for a full-time on-site position located in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. The Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, lead ServiceNow platform integrations, and provide expert guidance on best practices for system development and delivery. Additional responsibilities include advising on business processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal solution performance and scalability.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Solution Architecture and designing enterprise-level solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Strong background in Consulting, including collaboration with stakeholders to define and implement requirements.Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development and Integration techniques, including APIs and custom development within cloud platforms.Experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes to align platform functionalities with organizational goals.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.Relevant certifications in ServiceNow products and technologies are highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder to comply with position requirements.
