Job Description:

Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems Work with ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations and platform performance Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team membersReview requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimationStrong ITIL process knowledge with the ability to evaluate correlations and impacts aligned with industry standardsRequired certifications:ServiceNow System AdministratorServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery)ITIL V3 Foundation
