Contract Role
Rate Offered: $70 - 80/Hour

Required Skill:
Experience as a Senior Architect / consultant Strong knowledge on ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation Knowledge on FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations. Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances. Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM/ITOM/, FSM, and CMDB. Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations. Strong knowledge on FSM design and implementation for large customer. Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team. Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements. Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated. Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards. Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery and ITIL V3 foundation. Roles & Responsibilities
Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling. Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it. Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation and Migration Experience Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation. Review work of development team. Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Communicate and enforce coding standards Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in: Workflow Configuration Application UI Configuration Coaching and mentoring of others and responsible for their career development, education and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy Generic Managerial Skills, If any
