ServiceNow SPM Expertise

Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is reaching out to determine vendor interest and availability for an upcoming engagement requiring senior-level ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) expertise. At this time, we are requesting initial quotes and availability only.

High-Level Summary:

We have already established the core SPM framework and have a dedicated internal ServiceNow developer actively working within the environment. We are now seeking additional expert support to help us:

Resolve technical and configuration challenges,
Accelerate progress on key portfolio reporting capabilities, and
Mature and stabilize the existing SPM implementation.

This engagement will not be starting from scratch - much of the foundational configuration, data structures, and early intake workflow are already in place. We are looking for a vendor with strong hands-on experience in SPM to help us refine, enhance, and complete what is already underway.

Key Competencies Needed (High Level):



SPM Project Workspace and Portfolio Workspace configuration
Portfolio dashboards and project‑level analytics
RIDAC integration and data relationships
Intake workflow improvements
Reporting alignment and data quality improvements

A preliminary quote or rate structure
Confirmation of timeline availability
Identification of proposed personnel with SPM experience
Any clarifying questions you may have prior to submitting Section 2 of the SOW
