Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. This is a client-facing role in a consulting environment, requiring strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and solid understanding of ServiceNow modules and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead ServiceNow projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support

-Manage delivery across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and custom applications

-Own project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

-Manage scope changes, risks, and escalations effectively

-Ensure quality delivery, governance, and smooth transition to hypercare/support

-Support user adoption and change management activities

Required Experience & Skills

-10+ Years of overall experience in which 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT services or consulting

-Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects

-Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery models (Agile / Waterfall)

-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

-Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

-PMP / PRINCE2 / ServiceNow certifications are a plus
