We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow L3 Developer / Technical Analyst with strong expertise in automation, integrations, and release coordination to support enterprise-level initiatives.
This is a mid‑senior role (3–7 years experience) ideal for someone who can operate across development, operations, and process automation, while working collaboratively with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive automation initiatives for application support, deployments, health checks, monitoring, and alerting
Design and implement integrations and orchestration workflows using ServiceNow
Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities, including:
Request creation
Form and portal customization
Workflow/process automation
Collaborate with Business and Operations teams to translate requirements into self-service solutions
Support rollout of ServiceNow features such as ATF, Virtual Agent, and automation tools
Assist in ServiceNow upgrades and platform improvements
Coordinate release cycles, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Build custom tools to automate production and operational processes
Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards
Maintain documentation for automation scripts and configurations
Required Skills & Experience:
3–7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Tooling Engineer / Technical Analyst
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
Hands-on experience with system integrations and process automation
Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services
Experience integrating with directory services:
Active Directory
Azure AD
LDAP
Technical Skills:
PowerShell
JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
Python
Ansible / Terraform
SQL, XML, databases
Platform Experience:
ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM required)
Exposure to HRSD, CSM is a plus
Experience with:
ServiceNow Orchestration
Kubernetes / Docker
AWS EKS / Azure AKS
Other:
Experience with version control & code repositories
Familiarity with software development tools / IDEs
Strong understanding of ITIL framework
Reporting and data analysis capabilities
Soft Skills:
Strong collaboration across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams
Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Self-driven and proactive
Strong documentation and communication skills
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Developer Certification (preferred)
Fluent English required
French
