We have an immediate requirement for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer (SME level) to work onsite from Day 1 at Buffalo, NY (Seneca One) with M&T Bank. We are an approved vendor for this engagement.

Role Details

Required Expertise (SME Level)

The team focuses on the ServiceNow platform within an Agile environment (sprints/Jira) working closely with the Enterprise Architecture team.

Candidates must have deep expertise in:

CMDB, CSDM, and APM frameworksCI relationships, Technical Services, Business Services lifecycle mappingCMDB governance and data integrity aligned to latest CSDM standardsJavaScript and ServiceNow proprietary APIsBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, Flow DesignerIntegrationHub / REST API integrations to maintain a single source of truth

This is not a development-only role. We need a ServiceNow platform SME with strong architectural understanding.
