Strong experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration
Expertise in:
ITSM modules
CMDB design and management
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, APIs)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools)
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
Leadership & Functional Skills
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Ability to drive design decisions and architecture discussions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Agile / Scrum
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Act as the technical and functional point of contact for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and platform standards.
ServiceNow Development & Administration
Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Perform customization using scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations.
Administer ServiceNow instances, including user management, roles, and workflows.
Work on core modules such as:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Maintain system health, performance, and data integrity.
Process & CMDB Management
Understand and improve ITIL-based processes.
Design and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality.
Support discovery, service mapping, and data governance initiatives.
Agile / Scrum Responsibilities
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize work.
Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Work closely with business and IT teams to understand process requirements.
Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. "
