Join our dynamic team as a Test Lead for a critical ServiceNow HR case management implementation. In this role, you will take charge of end-to-end testing, ensuring high quality through functional, regression, and defect validation cycles. The position requires close collaboration with HR, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. As the Test Lead, you will utilize JIRA, Smartsheet, and AI tools to enhance quality, readiness, and visibility during the project phases including go-live, stabilization, and hypercare.

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Lead functional testing efforts utilizing requirements and user stories from JIRA, focusing on approximately 60% functional testing initially. Oversee testing activities as the project nears 100% completion of the design phase. Plan, execute, and manage testing activities including defect validation and regression testing scheduled for July. Ensure timely completion of testing through effective issue resolution and provide necessary support through go-live and hypercare stages. Coordinate the collection of feedback from internal users and conduct friends-and-family testing for early enhancements and validations. Manage feedback intake and test findings using Smartsheets for effective tracking. Analyze and track variance between defects and existing or modified requirements. Lead triage and prioritization of defects and enhancements against the overall project plan. Act as the primary test lead, ensuring accountability, adherence to timelines, and maintenance of quality standards. Provide regular status updates and executive-level visibility through detailed reporting, including build and test status as well as risk and issue tracking. Develop and maintain dashboards tailored for senior leadership stakeholders. Utilize AI tools for analysis, dashboard development, and creation of executive-ready summaries and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Delivery during all phases of the implementation. Bring your ServiceNow implementation experience in HR or operational domains to guide best practices and strategic decisions. Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in leading test planning and execution for large-scale SaaS implementations, particularly in the HR domain. Strong experience with ServiceNow, preferably with HR Service Delivery and Employee Relations modules. Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for managing requirements, test cases, and defects. Experience using Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, and managing feedback effectively. Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis and executive-level reporting. Excellent communication skills with the capability to work independently and provide clear direction. Strong problem-solving skills and a track record in fast-paced, delivery-oriented environments. Previous experience leading or supporting ServiceNow HR or Operations case management implementations is a plus. Experience in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization phases is preferred. Comfort in engaging directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders is beneficial.
