As a ServiceNow Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions and services within a consulting environment. Please note that travel may be required for this position, with variability in travel ranging from 0 to 100% depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully implement ServiceNow solutions in diverse client environments.Collaborate with teams to address changing business requirements.Ensure delivery is aligned with best practices and meets client expectations.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in ServiceNow Implementations.Minimum of 3 years' experience in JavaScript or related application development.Experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in AngularJS and advanced skills with ServiceNow Development APIs.Web Service Integration and LDAP Integration experience.Familiarity with SQL and Single Sign-on configuration.Ability to present effectively to large audiences.Advanced experience with IT services including ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, and PPM.Certifications:

ITIL Foundation Certified.ServiceNow System Administration Certified.ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified.ServiceNow Developer Certified.ATP Trainer Certification is a plus.Compensation: Accenture offers competitive compensation that reflects the specific requirements of each role.
