We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Manual QA Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Austin, TX.

Employment Type: W2 Only

Required Experience:

✅ 4+ years of Manual Testing experience in ServiceNow

✅ Strong experience in Test Case Creation & Execution

✅ Experience with QA standards and SDLC processes

✅ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

✅ Agile/Scrum experience

✅ API & Integration Testing experience

✅ Jira experience for defect tracking and Agile management

Preferred Skills:

✔ ServiceNow SPM module testing

✔ ITSM, CMDB, HRSD module testing

✔ UAT Coordination

✔ Texas DIR compliance & audit experience

✔ Government or regulated environment experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing within ServiceNow Create and execute detailed test cases Validate system functionality and compliance requirements Support QA methodologies and SDLC standards Work closely with Agile teams and stakeholders Track defects and support UAT activities
