Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with mandatory experience in ServiceNow App Engine to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable applications, driving platform strategy, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platformArchitect and deliver custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (mandatory)Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutionsDefine platform architecture, governance standards, and best practicesDesign integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platformsProvide technical leadership to development teams (code reviews, design validation)Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications built on ServiceNowCollaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teamsDrive continuous improvement, platform optimization, and upgrade strategies

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture rolesStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine (MANDATORY)Proven experience in building custom apps, workflows, and automation using App EngineExpertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – any)Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes)Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, third-party systems)Strong understanding of data modeling and platform architectureExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – highly preferredServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and multi-instance architectureExposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud ecosystems
