IT Program Delivery Coordinator- School ( Remote/Hybrid Position)

cTrace Solutions is seeking an IT Program Delivery Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $60-$70per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Standard business hours; occasional after-hours support

Contract length: The initial contract position is through August 31, 2026, and will be extended in the new budget year starting September 1, 2026.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate IT operations, projects, and resources Manage incidents, requests, releases, and system changes

Run Agile processes (stand-ups, sprints, backlog)

Support testing, deployments, and upgrades

Improve processes, workflows, and SLAs

Maintain documentation and ServiceNow dashboards

Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors

Requirements

5+ years coordinating IT operations, projects, or enterprise service delivery Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/work management platforms Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery workflows Experience coordinating releases, system changes, and UAT activities Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred: PowerSchool, K–12/public sector, PMP/Agile/ITIL certifications
