Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow OMT & CSM Developer/Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), along with integration, workflow automation, and platform customization skills.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM and OMT modules. Implement end-to-end Order Management workflows for telecom/business operations. Develop Service Catalogs, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs. Configure CSM features including Case Management, Customer Portals, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel capabilities. Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Work on ServiceNow Flow Designer, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards. Support upgrades, patching activities, and deployment processes. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and OMT modules. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and platform development. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, and UI Builder. Good knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system integrations. Experience in CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and ITSM processes. Understanding of telecom order management lifecycle and orchestration. Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, security model, and ACL configuration. Experience with source control and CI/CD practices. Functional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience working in Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist Certification. OMT/Telecom domain experience is highly preferred. ITIL Foundation Certification is an added advantage.
