  Qualitest is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven ServiceNow QA Tester to support testing initiatives within a growing ServiceNow environment. This role requires strong manual testing expertise, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position has strong growth potential into a QA Lead role.





   Must-Have Qualifications




    3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience



    5+ years of manual QA testing experience



    Strong understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle



    Ability to work independently and within a team environment



    Strong communication and problem-solving skills



  Responsibilities




    Perform manual testing for ServiceNow applications and enhancements



    Create and execute test cases and test plans



    Identify, document, and track defects through resolution



    Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing



    Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery



    Support ongoing QA process improvements







  Preferred




    Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules



    Agile/Scrum experience



    Leadership potential or prior mentoring experience

    A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $100,000 - $110,000.
