Position : ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/SPM)

Location : Ankeny, IA (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ Month

Requirements

12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant with at least 2 years on the ServiceNow platform.Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SPM.Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.Proven ability to facilitate requirements workshops and present solutions to senior stakeholders.Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional design documents.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules a plus.ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
