Your Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Strategy

Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and compliance.Lead the design and implementation of integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and more.Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services, ensuring delivery assurance for all product deliverables.Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and limitations.Governance & Best Practices

Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards.Review and approve solution designs to mitigate platform sprawl and technical debt.Provide expert-level support and mentorship to the implementation team.Collaborate with the Cyber Security Team to build robust security architecture.Act as the final technical authority for platform-related decisions.Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

Identify and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.Support the implementation team with expert-level guidance and mentorship.Respond to executive inquiries for information, proposal documents, and product demonstrations.Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.Qualifications:

Work Experience

10+ years of experience in enterprise-level application design/architecture, with significant experience in Java/JavaScript and systems integration.4-6 years of cloud implementation expertise specifically related to architecting ServiceNow solutions.Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.ITIL v4 certification preferred.Additional Skills

Familiarity with all ServiceNow modules utilized in our environment (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, Workflow Data Fabric).Demonstrated success with large-scale deployments and understanding of application lifecycle management.Experience with emerging cloud technologies and ability to evaluate cost versus benefits.Ability to develop comprehensive design documents for business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical details clearly to various audiences.Strong leadership abilities, capable of mentoring teams and managing assignments effectively.Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Outstanding prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.Additional Information
