ServiceNow Project Manager

Responsible for the successful delivery of professional services engagements and project resource and financial management during the course of the Project. Provide implementation expertise, ensure adherence to the SOW, identify and allocate appropriate resources from ServiceNow, document and communicate status, at a minimum, weekly, and act as the single point of contact during the Project.

Experience:

a. At least ten (10) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience providing project management skills for information technology projects.

b. Must have current Certified System Administrator certification on the ServiceNow Platform.

c. Must have current ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) Accreditation.

d. Must have current Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification.

e. Must be a certified Scrum Master (CSM).

f. At least five (5) years of Case Management implementation experience.
