ServiceNow Platform Technical Consultant (360)

OVERVIEWiTech AG is seeking a technically skilled Platform Technology Consultant to support delivery for a platform implementation initiative, a critical phase of a large-scale transformation to establish and mature a centralized technology platform across the enterprise.This individual will serve as a key technical resource, accountable for hands-on platform configuration, integration, and deployment activities that drive implementation forward and ensure the platform is built to design specifications and quality standards.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute hands-on platform configuration, customization, and deployment activities in alignment with design specificationsDevelop and maintain technical documentation including configuration guides, integration specs, and deployment runbooksAnalyze current-state technical environments to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration requirementsDesign and implement platform integrations with existing enterprise systems and data sourcesSupport data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliationConduct unit and integration testing to ensure configurations meet functional and technical requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and technical blockers across implementation phasesCollaborate with architecture and engineering teams to validate technical designs and ensure adherence to standardsParticipate in technical workstream planning, sprint activities, and delivery trackingContribute to quality assurance processes, including peer review of technical configurations and documentationIdentify and escalate technical risks, dependencies, and impacts to the engagement leadSupport environment management including development, test, and production instancesAssist in the transition to deployment and post-go-live support phasesOther duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in platform implementation, systems integration, or technical consultingHands-on experience configuring and deploying enterprise technology platformsStrong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange methodologiesExperience working within Agile or structured delivery frameworksAbility to translate technical requirements into actionable configurations and solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSBachelor’s degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting greenfield implementationsServiceNow CSAServiceNow CIS-ITSMiTech AG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
