ServiceNow OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant / Lead

The ServiceNow OCM Consultant is responsible for driving organizational readiness, user adoption, communication, training, and business transformation activities during ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs. The role ensures successful people-side adoption of ServiceNow platforms such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, and GenAI-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Change Management
- Develop and execute OCM strategy for ServiceNow transformation programs
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
- Create business readiness and adoption plans
- Drive user engagement and organizational alignment
- Manage resistance and support leadership alignment
