A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to work on their ongoing project in the Phoenix, AZ office.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of ServiceNow experience as Developer, Analyst, Architect, or Technical LeadStrong ServiceNow architecture, workflows, scripting, and platform expertiseBusiness Analyst background with ability to translate business requirementsExperience managing vendor or external development teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) experienceExperience with Notifications, Catalog Items, Flow Designer, Integration HubKnowledge of SSO, OIDC, SAML, REST APIs, and JSONAgile environment experienceGovernment/public sector experience preferredExperience with integrations, release management, and platform upgrades
Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow architecture, development, and technical strategyManage technical backlog, enhancements, upgrades, and releasesReview vendor solutions, workflows, and technical documentationProvide hands-on troubleshooting and platform support when neededSupport integrations, identity management (SSO, OIDC, SAML), and APIsCollaborate with business, technical, and agency teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and prepare technical stories/documentationEnsure compliance with security, accessibility, and state standards
This role can be W2 and open for USC/GC resources.
