Position Description

Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer. Analyze the customer requirements and develop a

solution architecture that addresses the technical,

management, maximizes automation, and provides

operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as

road maps, optimization of operations, architecture

and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User

Story requirements.

Provide support in building prototypes and lead

technical reviews and discussions of defined

requirements.

Provide support and mentor ServiceNow

Developers.

Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in

Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.

8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow

solutions across various platform applications, such

as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps,

GRC, HR

5+ years of experience with technical discussions

and reviews.

Experience across numerous parts of the

ServiceNow platform and experience with

commonly integrated third-party technologies.

5+ years of experience in developing system

architecture, design principles, and impacts.

5+ years of experience supporting IT related data

integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)

5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial

Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing,

Retail, etc.)

5+ years of technical leadership experience driving

change/solutions.
