Location: Charlotte, NC / McLean, VA / Minneapolis, MN / San Antonio, TX / Chandler, AZ - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 12mo
Pay Rate: $69 - $74
Top Requirements:
5+ years of ServiceNow application development (VR module preferred) ServiceNow CSA (System Administrator) and CAD (Application Developer) certifications Strong experience with JavaScript, web technologies, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Plusses:
Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and related certifications Experience integrating with security tools (Qualys, Wiz, NVD, Phosphorus) Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) Micro-certifications (ATF, Flow Designer, Service Portal, IntegrationHub) Experience working in Agile environments Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and platform capabilities Develop workflows, integrations, and automation to support cybersecurity remediation processes Lead complex technical initiatives and act as escalation point for issues Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards Collaborate with technical governance, platform architecture, and engineering teams Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow applications Manage API integrations with external systems and security platforms Support production environments with L3-level troubleshooting and issue resolution Participate in Agile/Scrum development lifecycle and contribute to team delivery Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing in Confluence Drive best practices in ServiceNow development and governance
