Required Skills :Experience with ServiceNow HR service Delivery (HRSD) application and ITSM.
Knowledge of HR functions, Processes and best practices.
Knowledge of case management, knowledge management best practices and design.
Experience in designing and/or implementing an HR Shared Services Center.
Working knowledge with integration like success factor.
Hands on experience with PowerShell.
Should be ServiceNow HRSD Implementation specialist with integration knowledge with external systems using REST and Web Services.
Implement the Human resources application in order to setup HR data.
Configure applications to work with organizations HR processes.
Experience with HR service Management, Knowledge management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting , Integrations and HR Hub.
Demonstrated competence in the various HR Functional areas, especially employee relations and change management.
Experience on Human Resources Dashboards, reports, and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfactions.
Design and develop new ServiceNow applications for HR modules, including case management, HR Administration.
Preferred Skills :
Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator(CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) Certification: Implementation with on ITSM or HRSD or CAD The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions. The ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Planning and Co-ordination skills. Good Communication and Analytical skills. ITIL certification - nice to have
