ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead hands-on platform configuration, customization, and deployment activities in alignment with enterprise design specifications and architectural standardsArchitect and implement complex platform integrations with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and third-party applicationsConduct in-depth analysis of current-state technical environments to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and migration requirementsDefine and own technical documentation including configuration guides, integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and deployment runbooksLead data migration activities including strategy development, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliationDesign and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, regression, and performance testingServe as a technical escalation point for platform issues, defects, and complex technical blockers across implementation phasesDrive adherence to platform architecture standards, security requirements, and governance frameworksProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation team membersLead technical workstream planning, sprint activities, and delivery tracking in collaboration with the engagement leadProactively identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impactsEvaluate and recommend platform enhancements, optimizations, and scalability improvements throughout the engagementOwn environment management strategy across development, test, staging, and production instancesPartner with architecture, engineering, and security teams to validate designs and ensure enterprise-wide alignmentLead transition planning into deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support phasesContribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process and technical efficienciesOther duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in platform implementation, systems integration, or technical consultingProven track record of leading technical workstreams in complex, enterprise-scale implementationsDeep hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and deploying enterprise technology platformsStrong expertise in integration patterns, APIs, web services, and data exchange methodologiesExperience defining and executing testing strategies across multiple testing phasesDemonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical direction to junior team membersExperience working within Agile, SAFe, or structured delivery frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills with high attention to detail EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
